Valencia expect key player to be out of action until December following adductor injury

Selim Amallah’s injury comes at an unfortunate time for both Valencia and himself. Since joining on loan, he has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the team. The severity of the adductor injury is yet to be determined, but it is expected that he will be sidelined for around a month.

This means he will miss important matches against Real Madrid and Celta Vigo, as well as the upcoming international break with Morocco. Valencia will have to find a way to cope without him during this period, and hopefully, he can make a swift recovery and return to action sooner than expected.

Since his arrival at Valencia earlier this summer on a season-long loan deal from Real Valladolid, Selim Amallah has established himself as a regular starter under head coach Ruben Baraja.

The Moroccan international midfielder has been highly impressive during Los Che’s recent four-match unbeaten streak. However, he is now facing a period on the sidelines due to an adductor injury sustained just 24 minutes into the victory over Granada last weekend.

According to a report from Diario AS, medical tests are still ongoing to determine the exact severity of Amallah’s injury. Club sources, however, anticipate that he will be out of action for approximately one month. Consequently, he will miss upcoming matches against Real Madrid and Celta Vigo, as well as being unavailable for the Moroccan national team during the international break.

As of now, his participation in Valencia’s match against Girona on December 3rd is uncertain, although there is a possibility of his return if he recovers ahead of schedule.
